Mobile games company Cygames & Nintendo are joining forces to release an action RPG on smartphones called Dragalia Lost. Coming first to Japan, Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Macau in the summer; it'll eventually make its way to the US & Europe sometime after that.
Cygames is best known for their loot box style game Granblue Fantasy.
It uses a "gatcha" system that randomly unlocks new characters with in-game currency you can buy with real money. Nintendo already does a similar thing with Fire Emblem Heroes on mobile.
Nintendo is acquiring a 5% stake in Cygames with this new partnership.
